For the realization of a project, the properties such as decisive, sharp, flexible and the ability to switch between levels ensure that the initial phase, the implementation and the final phase run smoothly.
In the case of an implementation or improvement in a project or process, we help the person responsible in her/his role with drawing up the project plan and setting up the tasks, planning, budget, team, etc. During the project, the person responsible and the team are coached in this agreements.
